Moaña has the main municipal swimming pool in O Morrazo since 2009

Misturas built the complex with a gym on the ground floor. The indoor and heated swimming pool of Moaña is one of the most remarkable equipments built by Misturas. The building, with 2.202 m2 distributed between distributed over ground floor and first floor, has a 12,5 x 25,02 metres pool, a 275m2 an equipped area for gym, and all the required services for this kind of facilities. The building was inaugurated by Alberto Núñez Feijoo, president of the Xunta de Galicia, in late October 2009, and it became O Morrazo’s municipal swimming pool of reference since then.

During the construction, it was used a mixed , roof: in the zone of the pool, steel screens; in the main corridor, inverted roof with isolation and aggregate protection, and asphaltic sheet in the access area. The central body of the building was differenciated using prefabricated concrete panels; in the rest of the building, lightened façades of double leaf were built. I of temptation to was used, -anodized outside the building-, and floors of terrazzo, smoothen concrete, stoneware and granite, according to the zones of the building, as well as a complete and modern network of adapted services for this kind of installations.
