Misturas participates in the advisory committee of the CITECC’s Strategic Partnership of the University of A Coruña (UDC)
Misturas’s management was invited to participate in the meeting of the external scientific advisory committee of the Strategic Partnership of the Center for Technological Innovation in Construction and Civil Engineering (CITEEC) of the University of A Coruña (UDC), which was held last September 27th.
This committee, made up of renowned institutional and company representatives related to the scientific fields of the group, gives professional advice on its general strategy in order to strengthen the link with the corporate sector and the collaboration regarding R&D.
Misturas is currently developing, with the Group of Roads, Geotechnics and Materials of the Higher Technical School of Civil Engineers of the University of A Coruña, the R&D project ‘Emulcell: Development of new bituminous emulsions by using nanocellulose to obtain improved and eco-friendly cold mix asphalt’, which involves the participation of Prof. Ignacio Pérez and Prof. Ana María Rodríguez, as principal investigators, together with the Advanced Materials Department of the CETIM (Multidisciplinary Research Technological Center). This project is co-funded by the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (Ref. IDI-20171097).
