Misturas wins the “SME of 2022” award in Ourense
Misturas has received the “SME of 2022” award in Ourense (the 6th edition of these prizes). In addition to the company’s extensive track record in the construction sector, the jury pointed to its effort in diversifying its commercial activity and branching into new fields (like the maintenance of infrastructures, the management and execution of cleaning services, or the maintenance of urban and port facilities).
Another aspect that was highly valued by the jury was the company’s performance in 2021, a very difficult year in which the company was able to increase its sales, workforce (up by 18% when compared to 2020) and improve results.
The award ceremony took place this past 2nd of November at the “Smart Office” of the Santander Bank in Ourense and was presided over by the deputy vice-president of the Provincial Council, Mr. César Fernández.
The “SME of the Year” awards are organized by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Santander Bank. Their goal is to recognize the effort and contributions of SMEs in the region that help generate wealth and high-quality employment via socially responsible and sustainable means (Photographs courtesy of the Santander Bank).
