Restoration of the Old Lagar building situated within Pazo Lourizán Precinct (Pontevedra), with a surface of more than 600 m2 distributed in three storeys. The works, under the direction of architect Faustino Meno Mur, included the removal of elements foreign to the original building which were added on later periods, restoration of stonewalls, ironworks and roof structure; interior divisions, recovering of stone pavements and placement of stoneware or wooden planks, and total finishing of interiors, plumbing and sewerage, fireproof and heating systems.
