Misturas gathering to commemorate International Women’s Day
The male and female workers of Misturas gathered this morning at the company’s facilities in Ourense to support and commemorate International Women’s Day, which is celebrated every March 8.
Aware of the need to promote the reconciliation of work and family life in a sector where the presence of women is still small, last year, the company implemented an Equality Plan in its organization. The aims of this plan include promoting aspects related to the reconciliation of work and family life, equal opportunities, and equal pay for men and women. These are all the areas in which progress has been made in the last few years years.
