The so-called \u201cWinter road plan\u201d has been started with the aim of keeping all the roads belonging to the autonomous community in perfect conditions for the traffic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The UTE coordinates the works for the entire province from the Preservation Center located in Santa Mari\u00f1a (Ourense), providing a great range of human and material resources. In addition to the operators who deal with the maintenance works throughout the year, seven new workers have been hired to meet the winter needs.
